Unfoetalling the Human Form: Repatterning Stretching


This course is an introduction to using stretching methods to help repattern the inauspicious effects that undigested stresses such as gravity, lack of (or poor quality) movement and habitual emotional states have on the physical body.  Stresses not digested correctly curl us back up into a foetal shape as we act out in reverse our coming into this world.  Just as we had to struggle to learn to crawl and stand upright, so once again we need to do some work to counter the forces of biological aging and improper use of our bodies.  Repatterning Stretching done properly is a very potent tool in the 'unfoetalling the human form'.

This is not a beginners course.  Neither is it a therapeutic product.  It does not claim to contain any pain treating exercises. There are no solo stretches within; every stretch requires one or more partner.

Dave Wardman
